  1. Hello Carina, I am writing from Scotland, where I am an artist making a short film for a forthcoming online event, Virtual Doors Open Day in Edinburgh. My theme is butterflies and I found your abridged version of the Papago Butterfly Legend on your blog from 2017. The film is of the installation and ensuing documentation of the butterfly shrine, a wooden geodesic dome erected and then festooned with wild flowers to attract butterflies to it. I wonder if you would give permission for me to use this part of the article within the “Immortality in a Butterflies wing” as a narrative for the film please? It would be narrated by a local person from North Edinburgh, in the area of North Edinburgh Arts, where the sculpture was installed temporarily. We are trying to raise awareness of the struggling butterfly populations in Uk, and also to encourage people to come to our wondeful garden. Of course we can credit you in the film and add in a link to your website, if you wish. With many thanks, Natalie Taylor
